THE BRAVE BIDDERS 2023

HARIVANDANA COLLEGE-RAJKOT

Department of Management and Commerce of Harivandana College organised 'THE BRAVE BIDDERS' on Wednesday, 8th February, 2023. The event started with great excitement and zeal among students.

Our Chairman Dr. Maheshbhai Chauhan and our Campus Director Dr. Sarveshwar Chauhan welcomed our Chief Guests MLA Mr. Rameshbhai Tilara, Mr. Pratipalsinh Jadeja (Owner of Rajkot Mirror), Mr. Hirenbhai Khimaniya (Young Businessman and Corporator) Mr. Vijaybhai Makwana (Owner of Our Rajkot) and Mr. Vipulbhai Paneliya (Trustee of SOS school).

30 teams, that means 90 students participated in 'THE BRAVE BIDDERS'. The competition was divided in two rounds. In first round, teams were shown some products and they needed to guess prices as accurate as possible. On the basis of the guessed prices, they were given virtual balance. Among these 20, 6 teams had qualified for the next round. In the next round, they needed to make a team containing 11 corporate personalities. Three winners were announced who purchased 11 perfect players and yet left with maximum purse amount.

The event became successful because of the guidance and sheer hardwork of Dr. Vishal Vasa (Head of Commerce and Management Department). The whole staff of Commerce and Management Department did their level best and contributed beyond their max. Students co-ordinators and volunteer also played an important role for making it successful.
